Clubhouse Reservations

Before Reservation

Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
Residents of Summerchase must show proof of residency.
After the reservations and deposit are made, come to the clubhouse 24 hours in advance to pick up the access keys.
You may access the clubhouse up to 1 hour before your reservation for preparation and 30 minutes after the allotted time for wrapping up; Including the cleaning of the clubhouse.

After Reservation

- Return furniture to original location
- Sweep and clean clubhouse
- Wipe tables and counter tops
- Take out the trash
- Return access keys to staff

Failure to follow rules will result in loss of deposit.
