Dear Residents,
Due to ongoing concerns, management is reinforcing several community rules that must be followed by all residents and their guests.
Pool Usage:
Residents under the age of 14 are required to have an adult present at all times while in the pool area—no exceptions. Residents ages 14 and older may use the pool independently; however, guests are not permitted unless accompanied by the leaseholder (parent, legal guardian, or signed tenant).
Noise Levels:
Loud music within the community has become an ongoing issue. All residents must lower music volume upon entering the complex and ensure it remains at a reasonable level at all times, as outlined in the community handbook and bylaws.
Fitness Center:
All weights and equipment must be returned to their proper place immediately after use. Pool age restrictions also apply to the fitness center and will be enforced.
Pet Waste:
All residents are required to pick up after their pets. Failure to do so is a violation of community rules.
Clubhouse Restrooms:
Only toilet paper may be flushed in the clubhouse toilets. Any other items are strictly prohibited.
Please be advised that failure to comply with these rules may result in warnings, fines, or suspension of access to community amenities.
