Accomplished Items & future Changes

  • Summerchase is now replacing roofs in the community.  The goal is to spread them out over 4-5 years to help differ costs and so hopefully the next replacement cycle won’t be an all at once replacement.
  • Roofs that have been replaced
    • Building list: 1, 4, 17, 18, 19, 23, 28, 35, 46, 47

 

  • Repair items in the works
    • In Pool lights to be replaced in April
    • Terminix to make sure all traps are in place in April
    • Deck Repairs
    • One way signs replacement.  (2 completed 3rd one ordered)  (These signs were broken)
    • Some minor siding repairs are in progress
    • Brick Paver repairs are in progress – We are also looking at some way to prevent the rash of breakage recently.

 

  • Decks are being repaired and painted this year, 2025.  It has been a couple of years since they were painted.  Building 53 is getting a major rebuild on that deck.  Buildings 15 and 16 may get a rebuild as well.  All Others will be repaired.

 

  • Other projects recently completed 2024-2025
    • Fence replaced and painted on the East Side of the property.
    • Deck around pool “coffin” was replaced
    • Spa Heater placed on a concrete pad
    • Pool Deck Lights Repaired
    • Camera update and new cameras added

 

  • On May 1st, 2019 Kirby Management Group (KMG) took over SummerChase Condominiums.

 

  • As of Friday (October 25th, 2019)  KMG & Border 2 Border Lawn and Garden Service started the highly anticipated landscape renovation around the Community. B2B installed Lora Pedlam bushes and Sunshine ligustrum Bushes in front of all the units in the Community. B2B installed several different types of flowers around the entrance round about as a focal point for all the existing and future residents to all enjoy. The idea of the landscape renovation was to add color and a stunning view to look at as a resident of Summerchase Condominiums.
