Clubhouse Reservations

Before Reservation

Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
Residents of Summerchase must show proof of residency.
After the reservations and deposit are made, come to the clubhouse 24 hr in advance to pick up the Access keys.

After Reservation

- Return furniture to original location
- Sweep and clean clubhouse
- Wipe tables and counter tops

Failure to follow rules will result in loss of deposit.
