Accomplished Items & future Changes
- On May 1st, 2019 Kirby Management Group (KMG) took over SummerChase Condominiums.
- A message from Danny Hayes (Owner), My team and I are looking forward to working with each and everyone of you. We are dedicated to provide excellent customer service and fast service for any issues on the property. We are ecstatic to help make the stunning SummerChase Community an ever better place that each and everyone of you can call home.
- Kirby Management has went through a complete trash/garbage overhaul throughout the entire Community. In regards to the compactor, Kirby Management has overcome several issues. Marpan replaced the compactor with new equipment which should make the compactor run a lot easier and smoother.
- On June 13th and June 20th, A&A Landscape planted jasmine plants in front of certain units to avoid erosion and preserve the buildings in the community.
- As of Friday (October 25th, 2019) KMG & Border 2 Border Lawn and Garden Service started the highly anticipated landscape renovation around the Community. B2B installed Lora Pedlam bushes and Sunshine ligustrum Bushes in front of all the units in the Community. B2B installed several different types of flowers around the entrance round about as a focal point for all the existing and future residents to all enjoy. The idea of the landscape renovation was to add color and a stunning view to look at as a resident of Summerchase Condominiums.
